Oh yeah, before we get carried away, a couple disclaimers. This blog is grounded in fact and reality but at the end of the day is basically fiction. The purpose of this is to make it more entertaining and useful instead of being limited by the bounds of what actually happened.

It doesn't reflect the views of my employer (a large software company), does not aim to be autobiographical (it takes the view of the 1st person character of the novel) and shouldn't be used as an authoritative source on anything except for the novelblog itself.
